Payments and written agreements
This website lets you request a quote; it does not take payments. The site lists a full renovation estimate starting at $75, but any actual estimate fee, deposit or project payment should be confirmed with you before payment. Your written estimate, invoice or project agreement sets out the applicable scope, charges, cancellation and refund terms.
Requesting a cancellation or refund
If your plans change, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 580-956-0011. Please include your name, project address, the service or invoice in question and the reason for your request. We will review the work already performed, materials or other costs already committed, and the terms of your written agreement before responding.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, we will explain the amount and how it will be returned. We normally use the original payment method when available. Processing time can depend on the payment provider. Nothing on this page limits rights you may have under applicable law.
